Please note that popular slots fill up quickly. When booking, please advise of the treatment required and your preferred time and date and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Our Booking Policy
We require a 50% deposit for every new treatment booked. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your treatment and is fully refundable should you cancel with more than 48 hours notice of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in half of the deposit being refunded. Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, or you do not show up for your appointment, then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable. (We do understand that things can happen at the last minute and assure you that we will take individual circumstances into account, if necessary).
In the very unlikely event that we need to cancel an appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the no-shows we have experienced.
